Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation or unauthorized access. The measures taken are subject to regular review and are constantly adapted to the state of the art.

CarAdvisor is an online rating platform on which car dealerships and additional equipment can be rated after a vehicle has been purchased. As part of a review on caradvisor.at via a CarLOG user account, you ensure that your review is based on an actual visit to the dealership. Your rating will be published under an abbreviation (first name and first letter of your last name). In the course of this, the dealership receives your rating and has the option of contacting you via your stored data (first and last name, chassis number, order type and brand of your vehicle) or directly via the CarAdvisor platform.

Purpose: To provide unverified reviews of car dealerships

- Justification: Art 6 para 1 lit bf DSGVO (legitimate interest) for the improvement of our services and services

Storage duration: 18 months or if the post is withdrawn / deleted

With the invitation you received to submit a customer satisfaction survey, you can take part in the survey (via www.caradvisor.at) via the link. You will receive the invitation to the email address you provided or by SMS to your mobile number if no email address was given. With consent, the result will be published in personal form under an abbreviation (first name and first letter of your last name) on www.caradvisor.at. If you opt for an anonymous rating (for Volkswagen cars, Audi and Volkswagen commercial vehicles), your rating will not be published and no personal data will be stored. Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG or the selected privately owned contract company conducts the customer satisfaction survey together with Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG (general importer), which in terms of content is an agreement on joint responsibility according to Art. 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation. In terms of content, the agreement regulates the cooperation regarding the customer satisfaction survey. Essentially, Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG acts as the product owner. The information and notification obligations are independently fulfilled by Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG or the selected privately owned contract company and Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG. The rights of those affected are handled by Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG (see contact details below).
